Refund Policy

Free trial

Every new company gets a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel at any time before it ends.

Monthly subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at $10 USD per user with sign-in access. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the current billing month. Partial months are not refunded, except as below.

Seat changes

Adding seats is charged pro-rata for the rest of the month. Removing seats applies a pro-rata credit to your next invoice.

When we do refund

• Duplicate or mistaken charges.
• Charges after a cancellation you made in time.
• Extended service outages caused by us.
• Where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

How to request

Email heidi@theintelligentworkforce.co within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
