Terms & Conditions

These terms form an agreement between The Intelligent Workforce and the company that creates an account ("Customer"). By creating an account you confirm you are authorised to accept them on your company's behalf.

The service

We provide web-based HR software, including directory, time off, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding and document features. We may improve or change features over time.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for your users, keeping credentials confidential, and the accuracy and lawfulness of data you enter, including having a lawful basis to process employee and candidate data.

Free trial, fees and billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After that, the price is $10 USD per user with sign-in access per month, plus applicable taxes, billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes. See our Refund Policy.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. You may export your data before cancelling.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload malware, or use it for unlawful discrimination or any illegal purpose.

Your data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

We own the software and brand. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. It is a record-keeping tool and does not provide legal, tax or employment advice. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law does not allow such limits.

Termination

We may suspend accounts for non-payment or serious breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Intelligent Workforce is registered, without affecting mandatory consumer or local protections.
